The website was a pain to deal with. Pages kept loading really slow, like slow enough that I kept wondering if it was even working, and the checkout was confusing too. I tried twice, but after the second time I just gave up. Not a great shopping experience for me

I ordered a dress in a certain size and color, but the one that arrived was something completely different. The weird part is the packing slip actually had the correct order on it, so I’m not really sure where things went wrong, but it definitely seems like a mix-up on their end.
I reached out to customer service and it took longer than I expected to get a response. I needed the dress for an event, so it was frustrating to deal with. They do have cute stuff on the site, and maybe this was just bad luck, but based on my order, the accuracy really wasn’t great

I was already feeling mentally drained when I tried it on, so dealing with the dress dragging all over the floor was just frustrating. It looked nice otherwise, but it was much longer than expected and definitely would need alterations.

I wanted to like this for maternity wear, but it just didn’t work for me. The sizing felt tighter than expected, and it was uncomfortable around my bump. i kept noticing the fit in all the wrong ways, so I wouldn’t really recommend it if you’re looking for something easy and comfortable during pregnancy.

I’ve been using it for a bit and it’s soft and comfy. Seems like a solid choice if you’re looking for something cozy without overthinking it.

Overall, it’s a nice concept and I’d probably shop again, but I do wish it was a bit easier and more affordable to get everyone matching.

The site gave one estimate, then the tracking just kind of sat there for days with no real updates. it felt like the tracking works when it wants to. The dress ended up arriving after I had already left, so it was useless by then. Customer service only sent basic, generic replies, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I probably won’t order from them again

I really do like a lot of the dresses on Ivy City Co, and there are a few I’ve tried to buy more than once. The problem is the sizes I need are almost always sold out, so I end up checking back again and again like it’s some kind of chore.
The restocks feel random, and even when I get an email, by the time I click through and go through all the steps, it’s already gone again. The clothes are cute, but it’s frustrating when actually buying something feels harder than it should

I really liked how this looked on and the fit was great . It felt like something I’d wear a lot , but the fabric didn’t hold up quite as well as I expected . After a couple of washes , one of the seams started to look a little loose . It’s still wearable , but for the price , I was hoping it would last a bit longer

I ordered this dress thinking it would be a soft dusty pink like it looked online, but in person it was bright and way more peach than I expected. The fit was fine, so that part wasn’t an issue, but the color just wasn’t really what I had in mind. Disappointing for the price, honestly. Shipping was okay though

It’s a really cute piece, but I found it hard to nurse in. It just felt awkward and not very practical for breastfeeding. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it again if nursing-friendly access is what you’re looking for...

Cute. I really liked the style and thought it looked fun, but the sizing feels limited. Disappointing. It would be so much better if there were more size options so more people could actually enjoy it

I preordered a dress. It did come. Just later than I thought it would. Updates were slow, so I kept checking myself. The dress was nice once it showed up. But i probably wouldn’t preorder again unless I had plenty of time.
